Terms of Use
Version 2026-09-08 · effective from 2026-09-08
Welcome to Flow (Flow by PWER IO), a scoreboard app for racket sports (tennis, beach tennis, padel, squash, table tennis and pickleball), operated by PWER IO LTDA, registered under CNPJ no. 65.132.165/0001-62, with registered office at Rua País Leme, 215, Conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, 05.424-150, Brazil ("Flow", "we"). By creating an account or using Flow, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. What Flow is
Flow is a digital scoreboard that works even without a connection, with umpire narration and optional match recording. Using the scoreboard does not require an account; signing up lets you save your match history and build your player profile.
2. Account and registration
You must provide truthful details — name, email, mobile number and date of birth — and maintain your username.
Profile data is declared by you and is not verified by Flow. The authentication badge indicates that the account was authenticated via social login or via a code sent to your email — not that the information provided has been checked.
You undertake to maintain a single profile. Duplicate profiles undermine the accuracy of your history and of your recognition on partner platforms and by federations.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access confidential.
People under 18 may use Flow. Their results are only sent to partner ranking platforms with specific and prominent consent given by at least one parent or by the legal guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flow for unlawful purposes, nor to:
- infringe third-party rights or record another person's data without authorisation;
- attempt to circumvent, overload or compromise the security of the service;
- reproduce, resell or exploit the service without authorisation.
4. Matches, scores and historical record
When you record a match, Flow stores the result — score, sets and the names of the participants entered on the scoresheet. Match results are historical sporting records, and the names of participants are preserved even after the account of the person who recorded the match is deleted. This protects the integrity of the record and the right of the other participants to have their results recognised. Deleting an account removes the match's association with your profile, but does not erase the sporting record itself.
5. Sharing results with partner platforms
Flow integrates with partner ranking and player-level platforms — currently SquashLevels — which calculate players' technical progression from match results. The feature is available only for the sports supported by each partner (currently squash).
- What is shared: the match data — date, game-by-game score, sport, the club declared by each participant and the names of the participants — required for the partner platform to recognise and process the result.
- When it is shared: the results of matches declared official by the players themselves, and confirmed by both, are sent to partner platforms. Sending is based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX of the LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law): it is in the interest of players, clubs and the sport that official results are recognised in ranking systems. Practice matches are not sent.
- Your right to object: you may object to this sending at any time, in your profile settings. From the moment you object, your results are no longer sent. You may also ask the partner platform not to display your name publicly on its site.
- People under 18: in matches where any of the participants is under 18, results will only be sent to the partner platform if the minor's legal guardian has given due consent. Without this authorisation, the result remains restricted to Flow's internal history.
- International transfer: some partner platforms are based outside Brazil (SquashLevels, in the United Kingdom). The transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.
- Use by the partner platform: once shared, the data is handled by the partner platform under its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the partner's policies.
6. Availability and changes
Flow is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms. Material changes will be signalled in the app; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service. This does not affect the rights guaranteed to consumers by Brazilian law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time at /perfil. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are elected, save where the law provides otherwise (including the consumer's place of domicile, where applicable).
